Great product, amazing customer service

I adore this necklace, purchased it and didn’t take it off for months. Then I broke it.
I got in contact with Stone and Strand to get it fixed, due to COVID they weren’t doing repairs at that time. Instead of telling me I was out of luck, they allowed me to return it and purchase a new one. Absolutely above and beyond.
Not only do I love the piece, I love the level of customer care. Top notch!

Love but slightly too long

Love the necklace though I was looking for more of a choker style. I was able to wrap some of the extra length around the clamp to shorten the chain and now it’s perfect.

I love it. It is a great piece either alone or layered. I just wish that there were an extra middle hole in the extended chain. The choker length is a bit tight on my neck and a bit more room would be perfect. Otherwise, love!
