Yes we are still able to ship, but please allow an additional 7 - 10 business days due to carrier delays. Above all health and safety is our first priority, and we are taking all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of our staff and the hygiene of your parcel.

In your order history, pieces you order will be annotated as “unfulfilled” or “fulfilled” depending on its fulfillment status. For more information about shipping times, or status on custom orders, please contact care@stoneandstrand.com.

Your promo code may not be working due to one of the following reasons:

No.  Our retail store does not currently accept online returns, exchanges, or repairs. 

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After this point we are unable to cancel any orders.

All items marked final sale cannot be returned for a refund, or exchanged for a different size, color, or style. We unfortunately cannot make any exceptions for sizing or fit issues.   • Yes, all of our store credit codes expire five years from their issue date.
