Loved, but runs long/flips constantly, and doesn't show diamonds

I absolutely *loved* the look of this necklace, both online and when I saw it in person. Unfortunately, it runs a little long (on my neck), so it continued to flip and the diamonds weren't visible – which was tough when you've spent that much on a necklace. I wish this was available in a shorter length so I wouldn't have had those issues!
