The description says it's perfect for cartilage piercings, so I bought one hoping it would be a dainty statement piece for my helix (like the model). It barely fit my piercing because it was so small, it squished my ear till it hurt and I had to take it off. It did fix my second lobe piercing though, but another issue is that it's so small that the gold sides don't even show. It's so small in general that the colorful gems aren't perceivable either. Kinda looks like a silverish/goldish band. If you want a statement, colorful, fun piece (like I did), I would recommend buying something else.
